Update On Me – You Can’t Control Everything

I’ve been a little under the weather, just another reminder that you can’t control everything. This bug came out of the blue and has my head, chest, and lungs irritated to the max. I took a couple days to rest, and to focus on feeling better. No matter how well we prepare we should always be aware of potential set backs that are out of our control. Yet this is also one of the reasons I started my online business. I have the liberty to take time off as needed, and return in my own time. That’s freedom!!

You Can’t Control Everything We’re Only HumanYou Can't Control Everything

My ailments are likely seasonal, but did you know people can get sick from over working themselves? In extreme cases it can lead to mental duress and “burn out”. So it’s really important to remember you can’t control everything but you can make yourself aware. You’ll want to pay attention to getting enough rest, eating properly, and exercising regularly. These things will help keep your immunity level up, and your body working optimally. You never know what germ is going to sneak up on you and offset your system. Stay ready with healthy defenses.

I stay pretty healthy by being aware of what I consume. The water I drink, and also healthy daily supplements. I’m usually the last one in my home to get sick. You know how it is when there’s school age kids around though. You just have to let the bug process through and do what you can in the meantime. You can’t control everything.

Anyhow, I just wanted to pop in to let you know what was up. Also wanted to show you that I’m no different than you, and that things happen even when we have the greatest intentions. I’m going to get some more needed rest.

See you tomorrow night hopefully with a better voice, or do you think I should rest it more?

Comment below your best tip to staying healthy and alert.

Thanks,

Dee Powell
