How To Write Blogs That People Will Read
Have you ever wondered how to write a blog that people will read?
In this blog I will discuss the ways to write a blog so people will read it.
Your content can make or break your blog…
Successful bloggers know that what they write about is what attracts their audience to their blog and keeps them coming back.
As a blogger we want to have interaction with our readers. We want to know how we can get more readers to comment and interact with our blogs. The number of comments you get is a result of the amount of traffic you get to your blog.
How To Write Blogs That People Will Read
It’s important to post your original content to your blog. However there may be times when you quote another author.
When you do quote someone else it is important to give credit to that author. Be sure to put quotation marks around the quoted content, state the source and if possible link to the original source of your quote.
A recent study suggest that 42% of search engines pick up names, so its a good rule to mention names of people, companies, products or brand names in your blog. This will bring more people to your blog.
Blogging daily will build up the content of your blog. You also want to make sure that you have quality content on your blog. You don’t want to have content that isn’t of any value to anyone.
How To Write Blogs That People Will Read
Creating relevant content is very important. It’s not a good idea to write all your blog post for the week ahead of time. You want your content to be up to date and relevant.
Depending on the type of content, if you write all your blogs at once for the week by the time you post it your content could be old news. So make sure that if you are writing all your content for the week the subject of your content is in a niche that it won’t matter if you write it out all at once and then schedule your posts.
Another thing to consider is if you want to limit the type of language or commenting that you allow on your blog. This could be important to your readers and your blog. Be sure to make it clear to your reader what type of comments you will not tolerate. You will want to be sure to read all your comments and reply to each one.
Backlinks are great to include on your blogs. The search engines really like backlinks. The one thing you should not do is link to the same blog post in all your blogs.
You want to have new content and new links in every blog because your readers may get tired of seeing the same thing and then stop reading your blogs.
Blogging daily can be very challenging. I recommend that you get accustomed to reading other peoples blogs to give you new and fresh ideas. There are many blogging forums you can join to read what other bloggers are blogging about.
You can also join a syndication group where everyone comments and shares each others blogs. This is very helpful getting comments on your blog, especially if you are new to blogging.
