Are you creating trust and influence in your business?
The first thing that you need to do to create trust and influence in your business is work on yourself.
Personal development is the most important step in building trust and influence.
Reading a positive motivational book and listening to a motivational video every day will grow you and grow your business at the same time.
It’s important for your customers to know, like and trust you.
- You need to be a blunt teller of truth.
- You need to stand on your principles.
- Never abuse your customers.
- Always over deliver on value.
Things that create trust in your business:
- Authority
- Affinity
- Credibility
- Longevity
- Celebrity (do videos)
- Familiarity
- Frequency
- Endorsements
- Demonstration
Always anticipate the negative things your customers could be thinking and have a positive response prepared.
You need to find your own style in your business.
Provide value to your customers. Don’t just bombard them with a sales message.
…Be an inspiration
…Send them to your blog and give them something of value for free.
…Always have a call to action.
Diagram your Business
Determine the following:
- What you want to be known for?
- How do you want people to perceive you?
- What can you do to build trust?
- What kind of value can you provide?
Develop yourself!
…In order to give something, you have to be something.
If you are reading books daily and listening to motivational audios daily you will begin to grow personally and professionally. You will be putting things into your mind that you will begin to also speak without having to think of what to say. Listening to audios and reading books will change you and grow you.
People will see right through you, if you aren’t authentic.
