Who’s ready to fire their boss? YOU? Are you ready to live your dreams? Pay attention then, especially if you’re tired of the 9-5 grind. Are you tired of working for someone else? Just worn out from building someone elses dream while yours sit on the back burner? You’re insuring somebody elses security before your own? Someone else’s future? I know I am! I wanted you to know there are alternatives to this 9-5 madness.
5 Steps to fire your boss!!
I’m going to share these 5 steps to fire your boss. Where you can start accomplishing your dreams. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset there are steps that can help you determine your future. Get to where you want to be, and be free from a job that is actually holding you back rather than pushing you forward. So here we go…
Step 1) Spend at least 10 minutes per day on your vision. You can meditate and visualize what it is you hope to achieve. Every day take the time, meditate on what that looks like, what it consists of, how it feels in that place. Visualize exactly what it is that you want. Let’s for example sake say you’re living in chaos and want to get out of that. You would visualize that peaceful environment, absorb the feelings, how it would feel to accomplish that goal.
Step 2) Spend at least 10-15 minutes per day on your personal growth. We all know what some of our weaknesses are. When we work toward strengthening the weakest link it strengthens the whole. Don’t ignore your issues, they will hem you up down the road. Work on them daily. Or develop new skills. Always be working on achieving personal growth and acquiring knowledge.
Step 3) Read books! They say readers become leaders. Reading subconsciously increases your vocabulary, expands your mind, and can give you knowledge you didn’t have prior to reading on your subject of choice. Learn something new that will help you grow your business. Spend an hour every day!
Step 4) Execute your knowledge. Take something that you just learned and apply it. Maybe you learned how to set up a blog. Now do it! Actually follow through with the action part of learning. Taking it in is one thing, executing it is another. This is where the magic happens. Then teach someone else how to do it. At least an hour a day is a good routine to get into.
Step 5) Networking, you want to start building relationships. This can be in person, or online. Meet 10 new people daily. That sounds like alot but it’s not really. There are so many groups about different topics. Find your interest, get to know people, and let them know you. Building a relationship with people is easy, it shouldn’t include pushing your business on them. Let your friendship grow naturally, let people learn to trust you, know you, and they’ll eventually want to do business with you if it sparks their attention. Just don’t be pushy about it. Build a genuine network of people you call friend that have shared interests.
I hope you found these 5 steps to fire your boss useful and that you’ll put them to work for yourself right away. Your future is waiting for you!
