Our company Wake-Up call was hosted by Erin Birch this morning. We discussed the 11 rules for success and I wanted to share them with you.

1) Highly successful people have a deep understanding of what they want and why. Be clear on your why, it will help keep you focused.
2) You need to develop an “I don’t care what anyone else thinks” attitude.
- When you aren’t meeting resistance your dream isn’t big enough
- If you care about what others think you will never follow through
3) Commitments, you have to develop an “I’m never going to quit no matter what” mindset.
- It’s going to take consistency, persistence, and patience
- When people say you’re obsessed, that’s when you will know you are on the right track
- Don’t have a start and stop mentality, it will keep you from success
4) Belief, you need to have a deep seated personal belief that you can do this. If you don’t believe 100% that you will succeed you will quit.
5) Act as if…
- You’re already the person you want to be
- You are successful
- You’re a leader
- You are confident

6) Communication skills, boost your skills.
- You need solid speaking skills
- Become a master at small talk, it will lead to building rapport
- Develop the ability to have empathy
7) Burning desire to always get better.
- Desire to always be learning and improving yourself and your skill set
- Desire to never ever stay in the exact place you are now, always strive to grow
8) Choose very carefully who you surround yourself with
- Who is in your circle of influence
- You will earn the average of the 5 people you surround yourself with
- Surround yourself with supportive and positive people who are going places
- Get rid of toxic people, their attitude will rub off on your
9) Be willing to adapt.
- To acquire great success you have to be flexible and willing to adapt when circumstances change
- As an Entrepreneur things are always changing
- If you’re not flexible you will quit
- Expect bumps in the road
10) Be honest and have integrity.
- If you are not honest you will be found out
- Be honest , open, and transparent-people will quit if you’re not
11) Gratitude, when you express gratitude for what you have no matter how big or small you will attract more things to you.
