- You”
People don’t join companies they join people. If you don’t have confidence in yourself or don’t believe in yourself no one is going to join you.
It’s important to believe in yourself. The best way to gain that belief in yourself in through personal development.

Belief really is the foundation, and if you don’t have it your’re not going to get very far. I agree that personal development is a necessity, daily in fact.
My biggest take away is this, “People don’t join companies they join people. If you don’t have confidence in yourself or don’t believe in yourself no one is going to join you.”
People partner with people they believe in and trust, simple concept.
